Lovely property, in a quiet area of the park.

Some items are maybe I need of replacement but absolutely nothing that would affect your stay.

The caravan was pretty spacious and well equipped. 2 adults and 4 children (including 1 teen and 2 almost teens) all fit well. Storage space for cases etc are limited but honestly this is all you'd expect and wardrobes that were there were fine. The park itself is great with lots to do for children. The £20.50 per person for the passes was really worth it for us with the pool, arcade and entertainment options. The park was excellent and the food on site was also pretty good. Again not unexpected cost as it was made clear with the booking that it wasn't included. Some of the activities are extra cost e.g. the karts which was £26 for an hour for 6 of us that gave us a good laugh. It's a really short drive into Great Yarmouth and a good base to explore the coast but we mainly stayed on site. There are also plenty of supermarkets around and options on uber eats as well as the shop and food on site. We found the overall cost to be really reasonable and would come back again.

Some of the door handles in the caravan are a bit tired but wasn't really a problem for us. We also found a few ants but not surprising for this time of year and again wasn't a problem.

Maybe have a bench or outdoor seating , we took camping chairs which worked for us as lots of social space ,

Location was ideal for exploring the Norfolk Broads
