Lovely caravan stay

Lovely caravan, very cosy and clean - would recommend

Only minor, but a few essentials such as scissors, baking tray, kitchen cleaner would be useful - but that was minor compared to the overall stay

Cozy and homely

Everything that you could need was provided, we stayed here for Christmas and it was the perfect place for my daughters first Christmas

I didn’t feel the park offered value for money, it was expensive and lacked facilities for kids.

Ideally placed, quiet zone. It was spotlessly clean, and all facilities worked well.

For me the bedroom was to small, the bed to low and soft, the cooker was not powerful enough, everything else was perfect. The actual camp was a rip off, wouldn’t come back, that’s just me though.

Lovely weekend break

The caravan was a great size, the living area & kitchen were both lovely. Bathroom & toilet were clean and easy parking. The site itself was brilliant, we didn't visit the swimming pools so can't comment on those, but the childrens play area was fantastic.

The caravan was homely and comfortable, the owners had thought of everything there was books and board games there they had all mod cones n all the cleaning products

CHERRY TREE, PARK DEAN - GREAT YARMOUTH

Park dean, Cherry Tree Park is a nice caravan park. Although it was quiet, there is loads to do with the children, from activities throughout the day. Evening entertainment is really good with the entertainment team, with bingo every night.

Our caravan had an infestation of ants, and the pool area dis not have many changing facilities

A relaxing and comfortable stay in a spotless caravan with everything we needed.

We stayed here for two nights over the bank holiday and had a fantastic time. The caravan was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing. It had all the modern conveniences we needed, with comfortable beds and fresh, cozy bedding. The host was great—friendly and helpful—and the check-in process was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

No bag to put used bed linen in when vacating the property, not a big issue but would of liked to leave the property tidy also unable to find hoover to clean round on leaving only dust pan and hand brush

Location was fine though access roads are rather narrow.

Not being told: (a) that towels were not provided, (b) that to use the park facilities an extra charge of 18.50 per person had to be made: (c) how to work the the heating - only information provided was WiFi access

Brilliantly clean

Lovely and clean, great power shower. Nice big TV with loads of entertainment channels.

Very basic, usually you would find staples such as tea, coffee condiments, bin bags it seemed silly to buy these things for such a short stay. I would normally buy them and then leave them for the next guests (or bin if they wished) I also would have expected a shower mat at the very least and more than one tea towel.

Very warm and family friendly home, very peaceful location, ease of getting to and from location, close to retail park and petrol station, would recommend the fish & chip shop next to the Morrisons.

The weather, it rained half the time but luckily was sunny for the other half.

Exceptional

Lovely caravan, clean and plenty of room. Bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfy and the bathroom/ toilet room was very clean. Lovely and comfy to relax and watch some tv after a busy day. Kitchen had everything we needed. Brilliant place would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

The only thing I would have to say is it could probably do with some decking/ fencing around the side and double doors especially if dog friendly. Would help to keep dogs secure and also children from the opposite caravan coming right up to doors while we had them open and the dog tied up outside. With it being so hot we had no choice to keep doors open while we were there. Only a minor matter though would definitely use again. We had an amazing weekend.

Exceptional

This place was amazing! Had everything you needed and more! Smelt lovely and was extremely clean throughout. The beds were really comfy. It is in a great location. Having two toilets was so handy! We really enjoyed our stay. Any questions I had before we left were answered rapidly and they were extremely helpful. Literally don’t have a bad word to say about the whole experience.

Good location and beautiful park.

Very easy to check in and was very clean.

There was only one thing that we would of liked to see and that was the decking. Although decking wasn't stipulated in the advert if it had said No Decking I would of been prepared to pay a little bit more for this. Overall it was lovely but I can Imagine a few people will get caught out by this.

My brother tried to get into the facilities but was refused that was the only negative but to be fair we went down for a family funeral so it wasn't a problem

Lovely caravan

We loved the location and the staff on the park. The owner was very helpful.

Outside the caravan was a mud bath they need to put slabs down . The oven needs another shelf in for a family staying.

Nice and warm.

It is listed on your site as a house when in fact it was a caravan. We would not have booked it if we had known this. None of the facilities on site were open, this should have been made clear beforehand.

Clean comfortable lounge great kitchen and facilities a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet. Brilliant well worth it so much so we booked an extra night..
