It was cosy, warm and very well equipped. The kitchen allowed Christmas dinner prep, location was perfect to get to family and the lounge was comfy, cozy and had a fantastic log burner. The bedrooms weee well equipped, beds were comfy and the bathroom was excellent. The shower was top notch, being a taller guy 6ft3, it was nice to have lots of headroom as the shower flows from the ceiling.
It’s not that I didn’t like it as the decor was fantastic but the door handles for the bedrooms and bathroom make late night visits to the bathroom noisy affairs 🤣, very small detail that wouldn’t stop us staying again.

we arrived late due to work commitments and the host was very accommodating with our late arrival.
The TV had no internet, or maybe we couldn't work it? a very minor gripe, other than that it was fantastic
