Eden Sassi is a newly built villa located just a few minutes from the historic CENTER OF MATERA, 3Km;
has two apartments on the ground floor with independent entrance equipped with all comforts to spend a pleasant stay in the beautiful MATERA - Città dei Sassi - ensuring moments of great relaxation and tranquility.
The villa is completely fenced with a comfortable FREE PARKING of 1000sqm, as well as a garden (in lawn) of other well 1000sqm with lots of GAMES for CHILDREN and nice spaces for a good read or just relax.
Ideal structure to accommodate up to three families or groups of friends or simply couples or young spouses to treat yourself to beautiful souvenir photos and romantic moments.
Apartment No. 1:
2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS with top sheet and possible addition of baby cots;
STAY with two single beds;
KITCHEN with kitchenette, with microwave, fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (with pods) and all the necessary accessories;
PRIVATE BATHROOM equipped with hairdryer, soap, bath foam, shampoo, bathrobes and towel set.
Apartment No. 2:
QUADRUPLE ROOM with 1 double bed and 2 single beds;
KITCHEN AREA with kitchenette, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (with pods) and all the essential accessories;
PRIVATE BATHROOM equipped with hairdryer, soap, bath foam, shampoo, bathrobes and towel set.
Italian breakfast (on request also savory dishes), complete linen and rearrangement of the daily apartment with change of towels.
It gives its guests a beautiful landscape surrounded by greenery with all the fragrances that nature reserves for us.
The apartment, recently built and finely furnished, allows you to recreate the warm family atmosphere, in the name of excellent relaxation and clean air.
On your request it is possible to organize itineraries to discover Matera and its surroundings, accompanied by recognized and expert TOURIST GUIDES of the places, in relation to the period of stay, moreover, the owners, living on the upper floor, will be at your disposal for any need or request.

We would highly recommend this rental. Quiet location. Very clean and well stocked. All our additional needs were promptly addressed. The owners are very thoughtfull and kind. We enjoyed their company so much. It is a real treat to stay here. They let us know about tours of Matera and restaurants to try. Just such a pleasant experience.
