Pool shared with 4 other rooms is excellent and is better for swimming than the more expensive tiny individual pools. Room was pleasant. I find it difficult to rate the location: it is a long way from buses but OK if you have access to other transport to get to Heraklion museums and other touristic sites. Buffet service for meals offers good flexibility - although may have to queue if not part of a group reservation. Food is good, but as a vegetarian I found that the labels on dishes did not always make clear which contained meat or fish products, and I was always having to request clarification from staff.

I sustained an injury due to hitting my forehead on a very low balcony (while trying to avoid an abnormally large puddle in the main internal path after a freak storm). I am not exceptionally tall and a tall person would probably have broken their nose! The hotel should have put blockages such as plant pots at ground level under the balcony to prevent this kind of accident, as such a low balcony is not what anyone would expect. Their response to my accident report suggested that they had not visited the location, as it indicated the situation had been misunderstood (despite photos being sent) and gave me no confidence that the problem would be rectified before the next season. The shared pool, although generally an excellent feature, could benefit from some attention to the stability of the entry ladders. (Although it was not very difficult to jump in and haul myself out without using ladders, this might indeed be difficult for some people.) The time limits on usage of the pool seemed unnecessarily limiting: the evening deadline was long before sunset even in April when I visited.

everything was awesome: pools, food, staff. The room was big, had a long shared pool w other 4 rooms although we rarely saw other guests there so we really had a good time... be careful bc the floor outside the pool is very slippery!

very little things to do at night, i get they have mainly elderly people as guests, however it would be nice offering some services like music at the bar every night, or maybe traditional greek dancers that would provide a new experience and good memories to guests

The hotel is great. Very clean, nice staff, pool is great and the proximity to 2-3 beaches is amazing.

A big plus would be to have kids playground somewhere at the hotel. We’ve missed this an we think it would be a nice addition to the existing facilities.
