What I liked least: Adults-Only Enforcement: It was frustrating to see ball games allowed in the adults-only pool area. Furthermore, children under 16 were seen walking around the adults' zone wearing adult wristbands without staff checking or addressing the issue. Smoking Policies: Smoking is currently permitted around the pool areas, which significantly detracts from the relaxing atmosphere and air quality for non-smokers. Adults-Only Bar Offerings: The bar in the adults-only section is extremely sparse. It lacks basic options like ice cream, sweets, smoothies, or pastries. In a large resort, guests should not have to walk long distances or hunt across the property just to get a simple snack or treat.

The privet beach and the special evening restaurants

Ther is no flexibility to any special requests. Like asking to visit on the same evening restaurant twise on the vacation period. No hot watter, jucuzi for families, just for adults guasts

The location near the sandy beach was excellent, and our suite on the top floor facing the beach and sea offered a beautiful view. The beds were comfortable, and the room was well maintained to a good standard. The dinner buffet had a good variety of options, including live counters, which we really enjoyed. The concierge service for helping with the luggage from the main reception to the room was also very efficient. The only downside was that the pool was not heated, which made it less enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great beach access and comfortable accommodation.

The minibar selection was disappointing — it mostly contained low-quality brands, and it might have been better not to provide one at all. As the resort offered a large buffet, there seemed to be some compromise in food quality. For example, at the live counters, the chicken was not properly fried according to my family. Additionally, some of the other guests were quite pushy at the live counters, which affected the dining experience, although the staff themselves were polite and helpful. Another issue was that, even after showing Booking.com’s confirmation of an environmental fee waiver, I was still charged this fee upon checkout. The swimming pools were not heated, which made it difficult to enjoy them, and food availability was limited between 2:30 p.m. and dinner time — there were no light snacks or small meals during that period, which isn’t ideal for an all-inclusive resort. I understand the property was nearing seasonal closure, but guests staying until the final days should still receive the same standard of service and hospitality throughout their stay.
