Annabelle Beach Resort

The hotel is beautifully located, with direct access to the beach and stunning sea views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.  The food offered a good variety and was fresh and delicious every day. The resort facilities, including the pools and entertainment activities, were excellent and suitable for both families and couples. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and would definitely recommend Anabel Beach Resort to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Crete. We would be happy to return in the future.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, we were disappointed with the airport transfer arrangement. We had been informed that transportation from the airport to the hotel was organized and confirmed, but upon arrival no driver was there to meet us. When we contacted the hotel, they were unwilling to take responsibility for the situation or assist in resolving it. This caused unnecessary stress at the beginning of our holiday and could have been handled much better.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel—it was excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. They served Greek cuisine and offered a different selection each night, which kept things interesting. The desserts were especially good. Drinks were served in glass, which was a nice touch. The snack bar also offered very tasty food. The hotel’s location right on the beach was a big bonus, and we appreciated being able to change beach towels daily at no extra cost.

The rooms were a bit dated, but this was clear from the photos, and the excellent price more than made up for it. It’s also worth noting that there is quite a lot of construction work around the hotel at the moment. This is not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect some areas for walking around.
