Excellent accimodation, well equiped!!!Room was quiet. Stuff was very friendly, kind and helpfull in every ocation! Food was various and delitious all days! Drinks, ice cream and sweets - excelelent!!! Best hollidays ever!!!!

Some minor things, but the hotel fixed quickly

The hotel is beautifully located, with direct access to the beach and stunning sea views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.  The food offered a good variety and was fresh and delicious every day. The resort facilities, including the pools and entertainment activities, were excellent and suitable for both families and couples. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and would definitely recommend Anabel Beach Resort to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Crete. We would be happy to return in the future.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, we were disappointed with the airport transfer arrangement. We had been informed that transportation from the airport to the hotel was organized and confirmed, but upon arrival no driver was there to meet us. When we contacted the hotel, they were unwilling to take responsibility for the situation or assist in resolving it. This caused unnecessary stress at the beginning of our holiday and could have been handled much better.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The reception’s staff were helpful all the time. The restaurant was excellent, and the owner made sure every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. Our room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated the lady who cleaned our room every day—she did a fantastic job. The highlight for us was the main bar. Jannis is an excellent bartender and was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating and also Kostas. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

One area that could be improved is the pool bar service. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel very welcomed by some of the staff, as they rarely smiled or seemed approachable. Since this is an all-inclusive resort, guests should feel comfortable asking for drinks without feeling awkward. We would like to give special recognition to Valia, the only female bartender at the pool bar. She was always friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service—thank you, Valia! We also suggest placing a self-service water station in the snack area by the pool. It would be much more convenient for guests to have easy access to drinking water without having to wait in line at the bar just for a glass of water.
