Bella Beach Hotel

The staff is kind and helps us with everything. The food is delicious, there is a good variety of drinks, the rooms are comfortable, and the pool is great. Nataly is a special person who gave us lots of tips—very kind! Tônia also helped us with the restaurant reservation. I highly recommend this place.

The wi fi need improvement

We really liked the great location of the hotel and the exceptionally delicious, high-quality food. The proximity to the airport is a big plus, making the transfer quick and convenient. Although you can hear planes landing throughout the day, it didn't bother us at all and did not ruin our stay.

In our opinion, the hotel doesn't meet true 5 star standards, we would rate it closer to a 4 star. We really disliked the behavior of one of the animators, he was impolite, pushy, and made us feel uncomfortable if we chose not to participate in his activities. Another annoying issue was the sunbed situation at both the beach and the pool. Guests reserve beds with towels early in the morning and then leave them empty all day. While this is a guest etiquette problem, the hotel should enforce a stricter policy (e.g., removing unattended towels).

The fact that the room wasn’t cleaned and we stayed 5 days

The food was great, buffet was very extensive and various. Main bar was terrifict, bartenders were generous with the alcohol in the drinks, the drinks were also OK but most of alcoholic beverages were not included in all-inclusive. (Inluded were vodka, whiskey, gin, rum, cretan beer).

The room for this money was not worth it. We booked the room with as it was on the website "One Very Big Bed" it was in fact NOT one big bed, it was 2 small single beds pushed together. After telling the staff about this, they placed a thin mattress over the two beds to make it seem like one large bed, but the beds still moved apart, leaving an uncomfortable gap between them. The offer stated that there were 4 swimming pools, but in reality there were 3: one was a children’s paddling pool (30 cm deep), another was located inside the building in the spa area and was probably subject to an additional charge (despite the all-inclusive package), and the third was the main outdoor pool (1.4 m deep).
