It’s in a safe and secure complex. Right next to a shopping center to get essentials. A good spot to stay at if you are looking for a place as a base for a busy garden route break. The accommodation was simple and met the essentials, but lacked any standout features or special touches. Checkin was easy and the owner was able to help when the electricity tripped and nothing in the kitchen worked.
The basics were not provided like hand soap in the bathrooms. We had to go out and buy that even though it says toiletries included, at the very least hand soap is expected. It would also be nice if a little laundry detergent was provided and maybe a little bottle of milk and enough tea and coffee for the duration of the stay. We were given 2 tea bags for 3 people for 3 nights. After traveling up the garden route for two weeks and staying at a lot of different, beautiful places, I definitely found this to be the most disappointing in the aspect of little touches to make guests feel comfortable and felt thought of. Not even a bottle of water was left for us. The second bedroom also has no cupboard space to use. It’s full of stuff or locked. So keep this in mind if you a two couples traveling with suitcases. You will need to live out of the suitcase.

Having the keys in the lock at arrival. The location. The master bedrooms bed was good.
The oven had no indication if it was hot enough so we wasted time for Christmas dinner to get something warm.
The doors spacing was so small between door and tiles that every time you open it, it make a loud scratching noise. (All doors)
Insufficient kitchen utensils , no spatula , we could not make fried eggs.
No packing space in second bedroom, doors were locked. No bedroom lamp plug near second bedroom plug.
No working locks as showed on photos I sent and a broken TV table (as shown on photo i sent)
Internet really slow.
The power inverter makes a lot of noise very often and was really disturbing.
