Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannt. Ringsum Golfspieler und Tiere. Terrasse ist groß. In der Nähe eine schöne Lagune und Plett ist um die Ecke
Das Mobiliar und Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und das ein oder andere Insekt gibt es nun einmal in Südafrika.

The unit was well equipped. It was nice and quiet. Very well situated close to the park/play area for the little ones. Balcony with the sea view was great for a braai and morning coffee.

The estate has a lot of amenities and safe.
The apartment was very neat and beautiful.
It was easy to get ourselves around the property and residents are friendly.
The person I was in contact with Wendy kept checking on us and if everything was still alright

location was good on golf course
no air conditioning on whole of site. The apartment was damp and needed total refurbishment. They said there was a tumble drier but this was broken and left in one of the bedrooms. the bathroom sink was blocked and we had only one shower for four of us. Was not truly advertised.
