Loadshedding, and access to reset circuit breakers when outage occurred was not possible, hence having to call and wait for action.

Excellent location and amenities. Great value for money. Hosts kept us informed about problem at the unit as well as the getting it fixed before arrival.
The only complaint I have is that there wasn't any dish washing liquid
