The Paper Fig House

Always a great place to stay, pet friendly, clean, close to restaurants and beaches. They have seating in the garden which is so peaceful to sit listen to the birds with a cup of coffee.

I stayed in the smaller one bedroom apartment and it was perfect for an overnight stay. The owners communicated everything so thoroughly and the check in was so simple. I could hear the ocean from the unit and it is very close to the beach. I loved the close proximity to the Spar - within walking distance. This apartment is extremely well equipped and you have everything you need. It was beautifully decorated and I will definitely stay here again.

The place is pleasant and clean.

I am not sure what happened, but this was not the place we thought we had booked; we thought we were getting a one bedroom apartment, but it's a studio. There is only a partial wall separating the bathroom from the main room, and the outside seating area is right beneath one of the other apartment's bathroom, so we didn't feel comfortable sitting there. I'm sure the place would be fine for some people, and I wish I had let the host know immediately we arrived about our surprise to find it was a studio; she was very communicative and pleasant and may have been able to find a solution. We actually moved to another place for our last few days in Plett.
