It was within walking distance from the business centre.

The location. Cars were honking and driving by on the road infront of the flat from 6 o'clock in the morning, making it difficult to relax a bit. The description that it's 500m from the beach was a bit misleading, because it was quite a walk down that busy road to reach the beach.
