Everything was perfectly, the pictures that they provide on advertising are correct are not fake, the place is peaceful and very clean.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Lots of useful facilities in the kitchen for self catering and had some extra things like the tennis rackets to use on the tennis courts. The security were friendly and attentive. Two bathrooms, which is great for families.
The pool was closed for maintenance over the winter which was a shame as that was half the reason for booking this place.
The information given about the TV was incorrect and when we questioned the owners we were told that the info on the booking was old and we had to use our own sky and Netflix log in. But if you are not a local and don't have this then you cannot watch any TV.

Was there for my birthday 🎂. Had a peaceful stay...well deserved rest away from the noise. I would definitely book the place again.

Security and access to pool, courts, boardwalk and really beautiful gardens around the public areas
That the third bedroom is really a mezzanine with two beds and accessed by a very steep staircase which is not suitable for elderly and for little children as a bedroom. Blinds in 2 bedrooms and kitchen were not working which compromised our privacy as kitchen window is in a direct line with the main traffic entrance. General lack of care with window pane broken upstairs, wardrobe door hinge broken and basin missing a drain filter. Microwave was broken and I had to ask for a replacement and ask for placemats.
