Comfortable, quiet and convenient

Quiet, clean, relatively well equipped, comfortable, good location for my needs (I was attending a conference at MiCo, and it's 10 to 15 minutes walk from it). But it's also 10 minutes walk from a subway and a railway station, which makes it easy to reach.

It lacked a toaster, which, for my breakfast habits is something I value, and it also lacked a capsule coffee machine, which is also handy to have. It has an italian coffee maker. The apartment is a bit dated, decoration wise, but it has this vintage feeling... It's good for a single, a couple or a small family (parents and up to 2 children).

Excellent host and excellent value for money!

Stefano was a very good host and always on hand if I needed anything. Stefano was very accommodating with my check in time and it was fast and easy! The flat is spacious and has everything you need. I was going to visit the exhibition centre, so very close to it. Very good value for money.

The only things I would recommend to improving this very good accommodation is refreshing the bed linen as a little tired and the shower head. However, again, it is excellent value for money.

Brilliant Stay there, love it. If we visit Milan again will stay there.

The host Stefano was in touch and very helpful from the time we arrived at the Milan Airport. He met us outside the property. The apartment was big enough with all the facilities provided in. The weather was extremely hot in the 2nd week of July, there's pedestal fan provided in each room, big windows and even a small balcony in one room so good ventilation, it could be great if we had air condition provided in the rooms, but fans did work very well though. Everything was provided in the apartment, that makes our stay super cool. The restaurants were at the corner, and a supermarket only 3 minutes away by walk. We had our own keys so there was no issue the time we go or come back. We were having great time there, and really recommend this property to anyone who visits Milan.

A bit far from the city centre, but public transport was just in front of the property, so it was an advantage, Stefano was suggesting to buy 3 day tickets, so it was a good option.

Lovely flat on Corso Sempione near Piaza Fierenze. Very clean and well equipped.

The only negative was no A/C. It was quite hot in Milan during our stay. It was ok at night but quite warm in the afternoon.

This apartment is the best value for money you can get in Milan. Very good location with plenty of transportation options. Decent choice of shops and restaurants. The place itself is very cozy, you don't hear any street noise at all. It comes fully equiped so you don't need to bring anything. And the host is very friendly and easy-going.

Well connected, clean and beautiful apartment

My stay was perfect! The apartment is in a nice and very well-connected neighborhood and also the building itself is a jem. The house is extremely clean and is even larger and more pretty than it already looks in the photos and includes everything one might need in order to feel at home. Finally, Stefano is an incredible host,always willing to answer any question and help you. Will be back for sure!

There's nothing I did not like. As a recommendation it would be a nice addition to have some biscuits and some water in the fridge in case you arrive late and don't manage to buy anything for breakfast.

The perfect apartment

The apartment was extremely clean. The beds were ready and everything was ready for our arrival. Stefano kindly gave us the keys and gave us tips to move around the city. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. If I go back to Milan I will definitely take this apartment again.

Posizione ottima nei pressi del MiCo, raggiungibile a piedi e a pochi passi dal parcheggio della Coop (che ha prezzi competitivi). L’host è stato super gentile e disponibile!
