Nice apartment, needs little more attention to some details to be perfect

Location was good. Tram stop just under the apartment.Well equipped with necessary electrical devices.

The extra blankets in the closet were dirty. Check out at 10.00 is very early.

We received the keys easily, the apartment is close to the tram and shops.

The tablecloth was dirty and there were cobwebs on the wall. The kitchen should be renovated a bit.

The apartment is in a very good location and well communicated. There's a super market nearby. Self check-in was very simple, the apartment clean, well-equipped and spacious.

The shower cabin was leaking and water going into the hallway which needs to be fixed and the washing machine leaves laundry super wet.

Verschrikkelijk, vreselijke mensen en een vies, stinkend en kapot appartement.

Alles, het was echt de meest verschrikkelijke accommodatie die ik heb gehad. Met verschrikkelijk arrogante verhuurders. Het slot van de deur was kapot, waardoor we het appartement niet konden sluiten. We kregen geen contact met de eigenaren en op de derde (en gelukkig laatste) avond kregen we de deur niet meer open. We stonden voor een dichte deur met al onze spullen binnen, terwijl we de volgende ochtend weer vroeg weg moesten. Gelukkig hebben we na 2u proberen en bellen (zonder succes) de deur met hulp van de buren open kunnen breken met een hamer.......... We waren met drie personen, maar voor de derde persoon was geen schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. Er lagen alleen gebruikte lakens in de kast, lakens die stonken en met vlekken erop. Het stonk naar rook en de lege pakjes peuken lagen er nog. Een van de buren zat in een mega verbouwing waar je elke ochtend door werd wakker gemaakt. De glazen in het keukenkastje zaten vastgeplakt aan de planken. De vloer was kapot waaraan we onze voet open hebben gehaald. Oftewel, NIET BOEKEN.

Tesis binanın 6.katında çocuk dostu denilmesine rağmen herhangi bir tedbir alınmamış.Yatak camın yanına konulmuş.8 yasındaki Çocugum uyur gezer düşüp yaralanma yada ölme ihtimali çok fazla .Diğer 1 yaşında olan çocuğum ise yürüdüğünde her tarafı elektrik kabloları ile dolu olduğu için elektrik çarpabilir.Evde klima yok klima olmadığı belirtilmemiştir.Evde kullanılacak tava tencere yok tencerelerin hepsi çizilmiş.Ev çok pis düzgün temizlenmemiş .Ev de eski kalanlara ait kıllar mevcut.Ev sahibi mesajlara ya dönüş yapmıyor yada geç dönüyor.klima olmadığı için camı mecbur açıyorsunuz evin önünden 7/24 tramvay geçtiği için sürekli gürültü var .Merkeze uzak.Evin yakınlarında evsizler olduğu için güvenlik zafiyeti var.Yataklar rahat değil .2 kişi duş alsa 3. Kişi duşa gireceği zaman sıcak su bitiyor.Milan tatilim bu ev yüzünden zehir oldu

Appartamento grazioso e accogliente, in un quartiere tranquillo e ottimamente collegato alle principali destinazioni della città, con fermate di tram, metro e bus nel raggio di pochissimi metri.

A voler essere particolarmente pignoli, si potrebbero trovare diversi piccoli difetti, ma in verità, nessuno così importante da lasciare appunti negativi.

Non particolarmente accogliente e su 3 termosifoni ne funzionava solo 1. Considerando che è inverno direi molto male!!

Bien, pero por el precio esperaba más.

La ubicación es excelente. Está frente al tram que te permite llegar al centro y centros historicos. También, cerca del departamento hay todo tipo de servicio como por ejemplo supermercados.

Por el precio, lo mínimo que se espera es que tenga aire acondicionado. Por otro lado, en la cocina había muchas hormigas. Además, el lavarropas no funciona, no centrifuga y deja la ropa con muchísimo agua.
