The apartment was close to the metro that’s about all we liked about this property.

Trying to get into the apartment is a nightmare the instructions are wrong the number you have to ring does not work then the lock itself doesn’t match up to the instructions so you have to guess and work out how to lock the door. The apartment isn’t in the best of areas lots of immigrants around fighting on a night felt quite unsafe at times. The apartment isn’t very clean not much to offer I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s very noisy can hear everything that’s been said or done int he apartment above so if you want to sleep in stay elsewhere as they get up at 4am and don’t go to sleep till 2 in the morning.I have had to wait to give this review as it took nearly a week and some chasing to get our deposit back I was worried if I write my honest review then we wouldn’t see the deposit again. Overall I think for nearly £500 for 3 nights other places would be better

Not recommended for self check in during night time

Location - close to Metro station Equipped apartment with aircondition in all rooms

We ordered the apartment for 2 nights We contacted the hosts few weeks in advance to inform that we will need a late check in, due to time of arrival by flight to Milan They informed us by email that there will be no problem since this is a self check in. We arrived to the apartment around 3.30am and the code to the apartment didn't work!! We have tried to contact the hosts with no success In the mean time we tried to find an alternative solution. The situation of family with 3 kids looking for a place to stay in Milano in the middle of the night was extremely frustrating. On 8.30am finally the host answered our phone call, didn't apologize, and asked us to contact booking customer service to tell them that the order is valid.

it was decent but wouldn’t go back there

location is great if you need/want to be close to the City Life shopping center or are heading for a game or concert at the San Siro/Hippodrome; we didn’t use the pubblic transport so can’t say how convenient it is for getting into the center

the beds are old, they all squeek, pillows are all synthetic and not comfortable at all. You won’t be able to sleep in the morning for very long because the ceiling and walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours upstairs walking around and talking. also, being close to the road it gets noisy at night. The kitchen is equipped, there were some essentials like salt, sugar, tea…but olive oil and coffee were missing and would have been appreciated. also, on the first night they broke into our car parked on the road and stole everything left inside so be careful where you park in this neighbourhood! lastly, the owner didn’t care much about us or our misfortunes, so this was also a minus on our part.

Standard medium clean apartment in a closed estates. 10 minutes to the metro station LOTTO. Nothing else.

Very unfriendly stuff. If you are after long trip and you want to wait 1 hour in front of doors for access code just book it :( They want your credit card picture and many other things via your phone but they not receive MMS!!! NOT RECOMENDED!

La casa è sicuramente grande e spaziosa, ma non curata. L'arredamento è più un accozzaglia di oggetti lasciati da chi precedentemente ci viveva. Inoltre la pulizia e lo stato del bagno sono davvero deludenti. Lo staff è celere nella risposta.

Assolutamente la pulizia dell'appartamento è insufficiente. Bagno sporco e peli ovunque. Polvere in tutta la casa e pavimenti visibilmente non puliti.
