Good price for what you get, easy transport links to Milan and other areas like Como and Monza

The location was great as transport links where only a short walk away, the apartment was spacious. The space was clean from what we could see and had an overall good time here.

Plugs where smaller than the standard European size, the shower was either very hot or very cold as it would go 10 seconds really hot then 10 seconds really cold and wasnt very powerful

A budget property outside of Milano

The property is situated on a main bus route that is convenient to commute, as well as located not far from the S Trainline which made it exceptionally easy to get to the Olympic Hockey Arena. The contactless entry was convenient for access to the building and allows for the keys to be left in the combination box so they are available if more than one person is staying, but possibly get separated.

The ability to contact the property management company is not easy. If there are any issues there is no “emergency” number to call.

Location and price were the redeeming qualities.

Room was not clean. Shower was not consistent and had poor flow. No duvet or extra bedding. No cutlery.

Sheets were a little bit stained/dirty, the shower is molding and some things were broken, too loud too sleep with an open window, but too hot if you close it.

A great value for money in suburban Milan

I think the place is a nice comfortable apartment located in the suburban area around Milan. The apartment feels very livable and was comfortable. Some complain about the noise at the property, but that was not a concern for me. I slept well all the three nights I was there. The apartment is also very close to the supermarkets and train station, so that's a bonus if you're planning to get around the city. Hosts are also very helpful and proactive about checkin.

The bathroom sink is leaking a little bit.

Beautiful place

It had kitchen facilities and that it comes with a lot of perks. Its not far from the bus stop.

The beds are singles next to eachother they kept separating through the night. Would have liked to have some other spices in the kitchen especially salt and pepper.

Una settimana a Milano

I liked the area, Italy! , Milano! it's near the heart of the city only 30 minutes away from the Duomo or Castello sforzesco , but it has those moments of calm that i was seeking from italy, it's a nice place to visit if you come from overcrowded cities like london or new york, the difference is huge, you will love the day to day life, all I'd say is that Italy is nice, Corsico is nice. The staff was nice to me. I broke a plate and informed them by phone , and they were understanding. Neighbours are nice.

I liked it overall, but if I were to be picky, I'd say that it needs a microwave because I didn't know where to make milk, but later on I noticed there was a pot. So it's my fault, but still, I think a microwave is still needed. A mop to dry the bathroom and a bigger bin because I was ordering fast foods left and right, and I had to buy a black bag for the cardboards. It's not a huge problem since you can contact them and I didn't but I think we need information on where to throw the trash.

Bad experience, expensive and dirty.

Location is ok if you want to visit Milan. Bed is comfortable.

Very bad experience, the apartment was dirty and there is no air conditioning in the room so it was very difficult to sleep during the night with 33 degrees outside. The Internet connection didn’t work and when we informed the owner he didn’t even bothered to reply to our message. We don’t recommend to stay here.

Fair for the price

Close to bus stops, 40 minutes from downtown. The room had all utilities. Comfortable bed.

It was a little dirty. In addition, occurred an error with my checkin box. The bathroom had clogged drain.

The place was good, but it could be better.

1. The apartment was spacious. 2. It was clean, not immaculate, but clean enough. 3. Check-in system was easy and fast. 4. It is good communicated, bus stop was close.

1. The location, it takes about an hour to get to the city centrer. 2. The noise, there is a road right in front of the apartment, meaning that you will hear clearly the cars and trams pass by. 3. The ventilation was a little bad since you can smell it. 4. The shower was small. And when the bathroom door was open, you can’t enter to the shower because it wasn’t very good placed. 5. Last but not least, it has no air conditioning, witch means that in summer, when at night the temperature was over 25 degrees, you have to sleep with the window open, hearing all the noise from outside. Thought, they give you two fans, but that doesn’t change the fact it was 28 degrees at night (around 1 am), at least during our stance on july. On my very personal opinion, the price could be 10-15€/per night cheaper, considering the facilities and also considering that we were in holidays season (when the prices tend to be higher than usual).

I liked the whole apartment,it had everything needed.Also it was clean.About the self check in,we manage it well,because we had all the instructions needed.

Maybe the location it was a bit away from the center,but anyways there is a bus station in front of the apartment so it wasn't a huge problem.

Although it was a little ways away from central Milan, we enjoyed travelling through the area and found it quite easy to navigate. The staff was exceptionally kind, and we found that all our expectations and needs were met.

Smaller appartment then described

Nice area, Nice building, During the stay, the land lord was nice. Nice price.

The appartment is described as 2 bedrooms and a living room but is actually one big room divided with partial walls. Living 4 persons in that appartment for a month ment no privacy at all, not even privacy for 2 persons in a room because it is not really a room. Secondly, when we booked out they wanted to charge us 200 euros cleanning fee sudnley which was not mensioned because the appartment "was not left clean". We had to argue to clean it ourselves. It took exactly 10 minutes to clean the appartment in order not to pay the "special" surprising fee. The lack of kitchen instruments such as an oven is hard althought it may have been writen in the discription.

Monolocale molto carino e comodo

Esperienza perfetta! Posizione ben collegata alle stazioni, cercavo un posto tranquillo e accogliente e l'ho trovato. Molto caldo, al piano terra, con ristoranti vicini. C'era anche un'ulteriore coperta che ho apprezzato molto. Il monolocale è stato ottimo per me che sono rimasta tre giorni per partecipare a una fiera. Consiglio vivamente :)

L'appartamento necessita sicuramente di una ristrutturazione e forse era già iniziata visto che il soffitto del salone è tutto scrostato. Nel box doccia sono presenti evidenti tracce di muffa. Alcune prese elettriche non proprio a norma.

Depto amplio en barrio tranquilo y pintoresco

Muy amable la persona con quién nos comunicamos para ingresar a través de Booking y WhatsApp. Depto en un segundo piso por escalera. Código para ingresar con llave. Depto amplio, bien ubicado, limpio, con todo lo necesario para la estadía, y cuenta con lavarropas y wifi Barrio muy tranquilo, muy bonito, a 3 cuadras de una callecita con bares, heladería, kioscos, almacén, etc. Gente muy agradable del lugar. En la esquina hay parada de bus para Milano. Fuimos en auto, lo dejamos estacionado en la misma cuadra, si bien hay que buscar lugar para estacionar, una vez logrado, ya pueden salir tranquilos. Hay estacionamiento cercano también.

Nada por contar, un barrio muy bonito y tranquilo.

La fogna !!!!!

Niente !!!! Un vero schifo a 360 gradi l'unica cosa bella è il nome fuorviante e avere di fronte il naviglio....per il resto una fogna !!!!!

Tutto la sporcizia indescrivibile,ho dovuto comprare candeggina e spazzola per poter usare il " bagno" la cricca ovunque ragnatele enormi su ogni cosa nessun prodotto o attrezzo utilizzabile per la pulizia....mini frigo con ghiaccio che ricopriva le pareti e pure sporco non c'erano nemmeno abbastanza bicchieri posate piatti ecc niente aria condizionata ma un ventilatore da officina meccanica tende talmente sporche da restare dritte l'affaccio praticamente inesistente perché il telaio della finestra , zanzariera e scuri lerci e malfunzionante VERGOGNOSO PENOSO !!!! NIENTE DI POETICO DI SICURO !!!! Se qualcuno volesse vedere qualche video o foto in più le conservo per voi in caso vi venga voglia di prenotare 👍

Semana de muito calor em Milão

Localização agradável mas muito longe do centro e poucos transportes, interior muito simples num espaço muito pequeno sem divisões, muito humido, casa de banho sempre a pingar e a fazer barulho. Perto da entrada para autoestrada.

ficamos 3 dias sem água quente por avaria na caldeira apesar do anfitrião ter tentado encontrar solução, casa de banho sempre a pingar e a fazer barulho, sendo um rés do chão também há muito barulho da estrada
