Freundlich, einfacher Check In, alles einfach und verständlich, in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden.

Es hätte sauberer sein können. Insbesondere unter der Sofa und manche Küchenutensilien auch. Zum Beispiel der Kaffeekocher wurde wohl im feuchten Zustand zugemacht und war bei unserer Ankunft verschimmelt. Da nicht teuer, haben wir das gleiche bei Conad nebenan neu gekauft. War sicher keine Absicht des Gastgebers. Passiert halt. Aber der Kaffekocher muss halt vorhanden sein -:) .

The host was nice and welcoming. The kitchen was excellent—well-equipped with all kinds of utensils, which made cooking very convenient. The balcony was good.

If you're a tourist planning to visit attractions in Milan, be mindful of the location. This place is a bit far from the main sights, so you'll need to factor in at least 25-30 minutes of travel by bus and metro to reach the Milan central station. The bus station is conveniently located right outside the main entrance, but the metro station is a bit farther away. The room could benefit from a bit more heating during colder days, and there was an issue with the hot water in the bathroom, which could be improved. The television is quite outdated, and it only offers local channels, which may not be ideal if you're looking for more variety.
