very clean and equipped with everything you need, very helpful staff. we had a problem with the hot water in our 3rd day but we contacted the staff and they helped us solving the problem in a few hours

quite far from the center and main train stations, travel times ranging from 30-60 min another aspect, which was not the property’s fault, was that the upstairs neighbors were renovating during our stay, as a result, we were woken up almost every morning by the sound of drilling and hammering

Clean, comfortable, and nice. Conveniently located near the metro station and markets. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The table protector has an unpleasant smell. Please consider removing it. Otherwise, everything was great.

L’appartamento nel complesso è pulito, comodo e ben posizionato, quindi sotto questo aspetto il soggiorno è stato positivo.

Purtroppo però abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia/scaldabagno, che ha smesso di funzionare più volte durante il soggiorno. La comunicazione con la struttura è stata piuttosto lenta e non ci è piaciuto il fatto che inizialmente sia stato ipotizzato che avessimo spento noi qualche interruttore, quando in realtà il problema si era presentato spontaneamente. Alla fine abbiamo risolto temporaneamente da soli effettuando un riavvio generale dell’alimentazione elettrica, altrimenti saremmo rimasti senza acqua calda. Inoltre, nell’appartamento accanto c’era un vicino molto aggressivo ai rumori: bastava poco perché iniziasse a battere sui muri, urlare e bestemmiare. La situazione ci ha messi a disagio, soprattutto perché eravamo con una persona anziana, e non ci ha permesso di vivere il soggiorno in totale tranquillità. Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe del buon potenziale con una gestione più attenta dei problemi e del contesto.
