English speaking staff for easier communication. All staff are nice and helpful. We stayed in Delux family room which is spacious with private onsen. Location is convenient within walking distance to bus stop from Nagoya and sightseeing points nearby.
No response to our messages via booking.com and need to get reply via booking.com's customer service.

Early check in at 1pm and late check out at 11am. Spacious room and nice environment. The lobby provides free drink till 9pm with relax atmosphere.
We stayed 2 nights and the dinner on 2nd night was not as good as 1st night.

Nothing. Just wish the foot bath in the garden was open in the evenings, weather permitting.
