Almost everything (location, terrasse, appartement, etc.).
The sofa is unusable/completely uncomfortable when converted in a bed.

Alessandra was a wonderful host who met us on arrival. Her apartment is extremely comfortable with absolutely everything you could need including a large comfortable bed. It is also in a great location. Would highly recommend.
