The elevator, it is very slow. We took the stairs to add some extra steps to our daily routine 😉

Fantastic location in San Frediano, close to all the main attractions. The flat is situated in the artistic part of the city that has its unique charm. Apartment is very spacious.
Only 2 beds have been prepared for 3 guests. We had to make and prepare the couch. The bathrooms are basic, one of the showers is very complicated and there's no instruction on how to use it. The water was sometimes warm and sometimes cold, so not very pleasant. Only 1 set of keys available. There were 2 coffee capsules in total for 3 people and 4-days stay. Dishwasher was not working and full of mold. Also, no possibility of leaving luggage before or after checking in&out "for security reasons" but the host wanted to send the plumber to the apartment when there was nobody inside and there was no "security" issue with this. All in all good location and big potential.
