La vue depuis le balcon, la relative propreté de la chambre, le prix raisonnable malgré une taxe de séjour exagérée : 14 €/jour pour un couple.
La literie : matelas affaissé faisant cuvette, mal de dos garanti. Production d'eau chaude défaillante : arrivée d'eau chaude après plusieurs minutes d'attente et processus à recommencer si on ferme le robinet pour se savonner sous la douche. Pas de champoing. Petit déjeuner déplorable. Insonorisation inexistante. Absence de parking dans une rue déjà surpeuplée : attendre en double file qu'une place se libère est souvent la seule solution. petit déjeuner à éviter : café machine passable, produits emballés de piètre qualité à la limite de péremption, vaisselle non lavée correctement. Niveau cantine scolaire.
