Passable

Massimo is a wonderful person and a gracious host. The apartment is quite spacious and has the potential to be a good holiday home in Pisa. It is very close to the train station as well as to all the attractions in Pisa including the Leaning Tower.

Cleanliness and overall hygiene standards of the apartment was very poor. On arrival, we noticed that the bathroom had lots of hair on the floor and wasn't cleaned. Massimo was quick to resolve this by cleaning this himself. We later noticed that the commode wasn't cleaned either. The kitchen had a lot of dirt and dust too. The dishes weren't very clean either, likely from the previous occupants. This made it a poor experience for us and we wish we didn't have to deal with this while on a holiday.

Breakfast N/A Location perfect for our needs as it is right next to the station and easy for us to travel to the airport. The apartment thankfully had a lift!! The apartment was very spacious, more than expected and clean. Ideal for the four of us sharing. We were met at the property which was also very helpful!!

There was no air conditioning, only inefficient fans, so sleeping in the heat was very uncomfortable. It took a while to get the Wi-Fi working. However, thanks to Max, who finally made it work and was otherwise helpful and polite.

Great value for money

Massimo was very helpful and the apartment was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is also very close to the train station and various shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The main shopping street is a 5 min walk.

The only minor would be the road noise outside but it depends of you're a light sleeper or not. I heard the cars but my husband and kids didn't hear them.

Estaba sucio el suelo, la cocina sin limpiar de anteriores huéspedes, la cortina de la ducha extremadamente sucia y amarilla. El piso era antiguo pero la limpieza del apartamento entero no podía ser peor, no sé lo recomiendo a nadie, me hubiera gustado leer opiniones de este tipo antes de contratar este apartamento, lo peor de todo la ducha y la cocina. En ningún momento pensamos en utilizar la cocina pero no era viable ni beber un vaso de agua en ese lugar. Pésima experiencia.
