apartment located in the complex of piedmont princes directly on the sea with a unique view of the beach and the sea, there is a large terrace where you can see the Apuan Alps on one side and livorno on the other, great sunsets on the sand dunes humanity, there is a living area with double sofa bed, kitchenette with induction, oven and dishwasher, air conditioning, double bedroom on mezzanine, 2 bathrooms

The best part about this place is opening the windows to see the Mediterranean Sea. It is simply breathtaking. The balcony is much larger than the pictures capture and it is where we spent most of our time when not out and about. Even though this is listed as a non-smoking place, there was a noticeable scent of stale cigarette smoke when entering and the windows are not open.
Property Manager was so helpful for our check-in! The address I had been given was off by a number so it wasn't as smooth as I hoped.
Previous reviews also mention issues with the wifi. We were unable to connect for the few days we were there and we were unable to get it resolved with working with the property manager and owner. It gave us time to unplug though would have liked to use it for confirming travel.
Location is accessible by car or bus. I recommend car for those traveling if you do not want to rely on the bus schedule for arrival/departure. Otherwise the plaza across the street was very walkable and a very delicious meal at Andy's down the street.

okolica świetna lokalizacja apartamentu bardzo dobra widok zarazem na morze, góry i basen. posesja ogrodzona. Po drugiej stronie ulicy market spożywczy bar przy plazy i basenie. Wszystko na miejscu. Taras boski.
Apartament jesli chodzi o kuchnie świetnie wyposażony dużo naczyń, szklanek itp. nawet worki na śmieci. Suszarka do włosów, pralka dobrze pracująca chociaż na zewnątrz trochę zniszczona. Zmywarka ok, lodówka duża chociaż trochę zniszczona. Deska do prasowania i żelazko dostepne, odkurzacz.
Jedyny problem byl z klimatyzacją żle( była głośna a nie chłodziła lecialo letnie powietrze) pracowała. Moim zdaniem był to klimatyzator a nie klimatyzacja. Dobrze że była bryza od morza to dało się wytrzymać jak otworzyło się okna, ale słychać było dzwięki z baru na plazy. Nam to nie przeszkadzało przeciez to wakacje.
Problem był z internetem . Przyjechaliśmy w niedzielę a dostepny był dopiero we wtorek wieczorem po licznych sms do zarządcy i właściciela. Mieszkanie było słabo posprzątanie( lodowka, szafki brudne). Widać było że dawno nie było używane. Przydałoby się odświeżanie, odmalowanie apartamentu. Były miejsca gdzie farba odpadała. Koncepcja mieszkania świetna ale wykończenie pozostawia wiele do życzenia.
