- Excellent location - very convenient to walk to the grocery store and to the beach.
- Property is in a gated community, so it felt very safe.
- Hosts were quick to respond to messages and communicative.
- Kitchen fully equipped - dishwasher and pots available for cooking
- Washing machine available in the apartment
- Short drive to Pisa airport and many other adjacent towns for day trips.
Beach towels provided as bath towels, so we bought our own bath towels for personal use.

Top apartment, fully equipped (everything like at home) and also nice decorated. 100% clean.
Could easily accommodate 4 people (we were just 2). Also has a small garden, you can chill out in the afternoon sun.
The building has only private holiday homes, mostly used by locals, a big closed yard with private parking.
There is a gate at the back of the property, a 3 min walk through the dunes gets you to the free beach or you can go to the next pay-beaches if you like (La Tintarelleria, La Siesta).
We were there end of September and there was almost nobody in the neighborhood (summer school-holiday was over), only on weekends a bit more people on the beach. It was a nice and quiet spot, good for relaxing.
The other side of the road is a newly built area called “Eliopoli”, with a supermarket (Conad-City) and some restaurants and bars, our favorite was the pizzeria (La Chiesina).
The location is also a great starting point to discover the Pisa-Lucca area and the beaches. Pisa is 25 min by car.
Last but not least a really nice and friendly host, we loved her!

Location excellent very close to a beautiful beach. Activities away from the beach i.e. bars, restaurants very, very few and little to do.
Property did not have an iron or ironing board or a kettle, we bought an electric kettle and left it for next guests. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, so were the pillows. The wooden bed frame ends stuck out about 3 inches at the end making them a hazard. We both banged our shins which resulted in a cut and a lump and a purple bruise.
