House was lovely inside.
Only 2 things missing an iron and when we informed them an iron appeared next day. Next thing missing a full length mirror to check your outfit. But felt this was too big a request to ask for. But they can get one for future rentals.
Garden was a disappointment really needs doing up. We never sat in the back as it was uneven and sat at front but that was also uneven. I know place was getting done up but garden let it down. I normally don’t sit in house on holiday but this year I sat more inside than out.
There’s a burn ( waterway) at bottom of street and at night it the smell from it was really bad. Council need to put a cover over it.
I think the garden will make a big difference once it’s done up.
We also hired a car and so happy we did. Very spread out restaurants and shops.
We still had a good stay house 5 stars garden1 star
