The warm welcome from the host and the staff and all the helpful information. Being surrounded by the art, the style and calm. They even arranged for an earlier breakfast for us. The visit from the possum who pootled through the garden.

Un bel hĂ´tel , bien placer dans Rio . Le personnel adorable .
Pour notre chambre nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude pendant notre séjour ! Heureusement que l eau froide à Rio en décembre n est pas geler !

A localização Ă© excelente, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turĂsticos do Rio, como Cristo Redentor, PĂŁo de Açúcar e Urca — tudo entre 20 e 25 minutos de distância. A casa Ă© linda, com estilo grego, jardim encantador, vista maravilhosa (inclusive para o Cristo) e ambientes amplos. A cama Ă© confortável e o ambiente Ă© muito bonito e tranquilo.
Pontos negativos:
Pelo valor da diária, esperava um cafĂ© da manhĂŁ mais completo — senti falta de mais opções salgadas como pĂŁo francĂŞs, pĂŁo de queijo ou croissant. Tivemos problemas com falta de luz no penĂşltimo e Ăşltimo dia, o que afetou o funcionamento da água quente no quarto. Nos ofereceram outro quarto para tomar banho, mas a água estava excessivamente quente e sem controle de temperatura. TambĂ©m senti falta de atendimento mais presente durante a semana — em alguns momentos nĂŁo havia nenhum funcionário disponĂvel. As fechaduras das portas sĂŁo antigas e difĂceis de abrir, e o quarto precisa de manutenção. AlĂ©m disso, a limpeza nĂŁo foi feita em um dos dias porque nĂŁo sabĂamos que era necessário solicitar.
