Nice room in classy restoration of old building, as would be expected for a 4* hotel. Central location. Good wifi. Good reasonably-priced evening meal in restaurant. Good breakfast

Classe, cura, eleganza in un bellissimo palazzo storico. Una gestione garbata e curata con personale gentilissimo e attento agli ospiti. Super consigliato. Tutto bello, anche il proprietario!! 🙃

Qualche luce. Ci sono appliques attaccate troppo in alto e, qua e là, le lampadine sono a luce fredda: in un palazzo d'epoca rovinano un po' l'atmosfera. Ps. Però bisogna anche dire che spesso nelle sale vengono accesi candelabri con candele e l 'effetto è bellissimo!

Ambiente confortevole, personale e proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Ottime colazione e cena, inattesa e a maggior ragione gradita la merenda pomeridiana con pasticceria fresca e tisane a scelta. Posizione centrale e facilità di parcheggio anche se a pagamento . Disponibilità nel fornire preziose informazioni su come utilizzare al meglio il tempo del soggiorno.

La scarsa luminosità della stanza : dovevamo tenere la finestra chiusa o usare solo l'apertura consentita dal vasistas perché troppo vicini ed esposti alle abitazioni davanti e il tendaggio scuro non faceva filtrare luce. Comunque ottima la pulizia e ampio il bagno

Una settimana lontano dallo stress, nella pace della Val di Fiemme

Ambiente molto accogliente e curato. Personale educato e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornatobper unavsettimana con mezza pensione. I piatti del ristorante erano molto curati e buonissimi, con rivisitazioni di piatti e prodotti tipici. Ottimo albergo consigliatissimo.

La posizione era ottima e bella. Lo staff era gentilissimo. Il palazzo molto bello, ben restaurato e con splendidi mobili antichi

Dato il cambiamento climatico che si fa sentire ormai ovunque, ho sofferto molto il caldo nella camera. in un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata l'aria condizionata. La pizzeria accanto non mi è sembrata all'altezza e purtroppo non aveva uno scivolo per persone con mobilità ridotta.

Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wenig abwechslungsreich.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft einer Bar. Sowohl tagsüber und auch bis spät in die Nacht hinein laute Musik Das Essen war lecker, jedoch auch hier nach einer Woche eine weittestgehende Wiederholung.

L'accoglienza e la bellezza dello stabile storico in tutte le diverse sale e nella camera da letto.

La colazione finisce alle 9:30, ma alle 8:40 siamo arrivati e già metà del cibo nel buffet era finito e, la cosa triste è che nessuno aveva pensato di rimpinguare i vassoi... al secondo giorno, stesso problema e abbiamo dovuto chiedere qualcosa allo staff che ce lo ha portato.

Ok che è un antico palazzo ma un 4 stelle deve avere porte sistemate, bagni recenti e pavimenti che non cedano. Inoltre un buffettino di verdure a cena non avrebbe guastato, magari anche un po’ più di varietà (tipo brioche ripiene diverse) a colazione

Mancanza parcheggio, assenza info utili generiche in camera( tipo come usare la cassaforte, orari pasti, utilizzo e prenotazione spa, numero telefonico reception e numero emergenza..) oltre che qualche consiglio su zona.. prodotti da bagno basici, no crema/lozione corpo. Phon a telefono. Alcune camere sono senza finestra ma con lucernario a tetto. Telecomando tv poco funzionante. Colazione con qualche torta in più ( solo due tipi e non direi fatti in casa) e maggiore scelta the, considerando che producono the ed i loro the ed essenze sono in vendita in tutta la zona…).
