Hotel Orso Grigio in Cavalese is an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation in the Italian Alps. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with modern rooms and amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions and provide assistance if needed. The location is great – close to the ski slopes and town center. From the hotel's terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Dolomites. The hotel also has a restaurant, serving traditional regional dishes at a reasonable price. The hotel also provides a variety of activities for guests. You can choose from sightseeing tours, hiking, mountain biking, and parasailing. Other facilities include a spa, sauna, and hot tub.

A Perfect stay! Very well done!

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Martina and Alessandro. Both spoke fluent English and provided much needed information for our stay. We were delighted with our room - very well appointed and all the amenities were of an exceptional standard. We enjoyed our pre-dinner drinks and dinner was cooked to perfection. Staff were attentive and again there wasn't a problem with language. After a very restful, quiet night we had a lovely breakfast - with Danielle explaining clearly our options - the meal set us up for the day! Thanks so much for being so welcoming - you have a lovely hotel in a lovely part of the world. Well done! Best regards, James and Lynne Clark, Tauranga, New Zealand.

Perfect stay

Everything. Faultless. Wonderful staff. Delicious fresh healthy substantial breakfast. Very clean room with wonderful bathroom/shower. Front desk suggested fabulous mountain hike and great lunch spot. Location perfect in the centre of town. We travelled as two couples and we all rate hotel as a perfect stay

Una splendida vacanza riposante

L’hotel è accogliente, le camere sono ampie e il bagno (e io ci guardo molto) pulito spazioso con una doccia grande. Il letto confortevole. Lo staff dell’albergo è il massimo della gentilezza e della cortesia.. è un piacere cominciare le giornate con tanti sorrisi… In particolare un grazie alla dolcezza di Rosa che ogni mattina ci accoglieva per la colazione.. E poi un grazie alla giovane Matilde, disponibile, gentile, molto preparata.. Grazie alla carinissima proprietaria con la quale mi sono trattenuta a fare due chiacchiere prima di partire.. Altro aspetto super positivo è la cucina!! Le colazioni sono buonissime dal dolce al salato con un’ampia scelta.. Sicuramente torneremo… e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi ha voglia di passare una bella vacanza a Cavalese…

Struttura molto bella e in ottima posizione. Lo staff molto gentile si è dimostrato molto professionale soprattutto durante la cena che che è stata di primissimo livello. Molto buona e abbondante anche la colazione.

Reception inesistente, ho dovuto aspettare una signora che sembrava quasi infastidita dal nostro arrivo. L'accoglienza è un'altra cosa. 28 gradi in camera di pomeriggio, senza aria condizionata. Colazione non all'altezza

Relax al top

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La posizione vicina al centro è adatta sia a chi vuole passeggiare nella zona pedonale sia a chi vuole raggiungere il bellissimo parco della Pieve per godersi il fresco in mezzo al verde. La camera era confortevolissima e spaziosa. La colazione ottima e super abbondante sia dolce che salata, con la possibilità di avere piatti preparati al momento dalla cucina. Tutto perfetto.

Confortve relax nel cuore di Cavalese

Hotel centralissimo ma comunque la stanza era silenziosa, spaziosa e ben arredata .bagno e doccia grandi. Abbiamo usufruito anche della piccola SPA, la vasca idromassaggio non grande, può contenere bsl massimo 3 persone, m dopo le camminate in quota è stata di aiuto. La colazione sia dolce che salata era varia e soddisfacente, con torte fresche, cornetti, yogurt, e tanto altro anche se avrei preferito trovare anche dei panini freschi e non solo pane on cassetta Abbiamo usufruito della cena al ristorante una sola sera, tutto buono ma non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. I piatti sono forse un po scenografici con costi alti, inoltre mio marito, intollerante al lattosio non riusciva a trovare piatti che non lo contenesse. Nel complesso comunque l'esperienza è stata positiva.

Raňajkové menu z domácich surovín, káva. Možnosť státia pred hotelom na krátku dobu (vyloženie/naloženie batožiny).

Nemožnosť sušenia premočených vecí. Vzdialenejšie kryté parkovisko. Tretia vyklápacia posteľ.

Ottimo Hotel dove soggiornare

Hotel al centro del paese. Struttura nuova e molto bella, camera perfetta. Il personale è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Il parcheggio si trova a circa 300 metri dal Hotel, anche se vicino sono disponibili parcheggi ad ore con striscia blu. La colazione del mattino è ottima con metodologia a 5 stelle, dove trovi in self service tutti i cibi freddi mentre quelli caldi sono da ordinare sul momento in modo che arrivino appena cucinati e subito mangiati. I cibi sono tutti a kilometro "0". Un commento particolare per il ristorante che cucina con un menù gourmet e di grande qualità, degno di stare sulla guida Michelin (guida che utilizzo spesso per la scelta dei miei ristoranti). Insomma un ottimo Hotel dove andare a soggiornare per un periodo di vacanza.

Camera pulita e nuova. Letti molto comodi. Stanza silenziosa. Gli animali sono ammessi in sala ristorante.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, faccio solo piccole osservazioni: La colazione la farei un po’ più abbondante e metterei il bricco del latte a disposizione sulla tavola insieme ai succhi. Al ristorante farei le porzioni un po’ più abbondanti. Abbasserei un po’ i prezzi degli snack e delle bevande del frigo bar.

La posizione dell’hotel è eccellente, proprio nel centro del paese. Un parcheggio convenzionato poco distante offre la possibilità di parcheggiare agevolmente. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e attento.
