A magical mountain getaway with charm, warmth, and unforgettable atmosphere.

An absolutely wonderful stay. The atmosphere and energy were simply fantastic. The town is charming, and the hotel itself is beautiful and full of character. Offers parking and a fairy-tale ambiance that makes you feel like you are in a dream. Cons: You’ll need to drive at least an hour and a half to reach the best Dolomites hiking trails, so there is some travel involved. Overall, this was a dream hotel and we had an unforgettable experience!

Good

The facilities were great, especially the outdoor swimming pool with mountain views. Absolutely great after a long drive over the mountains. Also they make the best Campari Spritz - I cannot recommend that enough!!

everything about this place was incredible to the friendly staff to the beautiful location and amazing facilities. absolutely outstanding place and wish we could have stayed longer! nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff and they are all very helpful and happy to help. Honestly can not recommend this place highly enough.

Wellness with great pool and sauna with Alpe Cermis view. Friendly stuff and owners, dog friendly, breakfasts, view from balcony, great look of the hotel interior, garage under hotel , many great events with local wine beer and food. Generally my best stay in Dolomities ever. 12 for 10

Checkout time is too early (10 AM ) and if you want to stay some hours you need to pay 25 EUR / person, i think this is not normal because it's not a cheap hotel. They must offer this for free!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. We rested with our family here for the second time. Great atmosphere. Very nice and friendly owner. The hotel has a chic swimming pool and SPA area. No problems with parking. Very convenient location. Beautiful view.

Very good breakfast, nice rooms (we had 1 standard and 1 "larger"), comfortable beds. Nice outside pool (it is not very big so mainly just for fun, but still sitting and watching the valley/mountains is cool). Helpful staff (with at least sufficient English). Good restaurant. Nice local beer (from Val di Fiema) in the bar. Cavalese is nice for a stroll and/or restaurant - the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the center. The village is above the main traffic from the valley so there is no fumes/traffice (which is not always the vase in those valleys).

While parking was generally available (and it seems that the hotel was full or close to full) indoor parking is not for all cars (which makes a difference in winter, is rather irrelevant in other seasons).

very friendly staff, beautiful pool, great breakfast, close to ski mountains and other activities

the beds are a bit hard but it seems all beds in Europe are much more firm than the US. it’s not a problem, just different from what I’m used to.
