Interesting place

The staff were friendly and helpful bedrooms warm, comfortable and quiet plenty of storage place for clothes Building and decoration beautiful. Plus close to the ski lift

It's a pity restaurant wasn't open in the evening but several good places to eat within 5-15 minutes walking distance

Stay away - in critical need of refurb

Very friendly staff trying to accommodate you, but fighting impossible battle with falling apart equipment. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was adequate. Apartment was very spacious, great for family of 4. Location is excellent in center of Cavalese and 3 minutes walk from Aloe Cermis

The whole apartment is very old, I usually don't mind it, I've seen a lot of places in Europe, but this one is not passable. Bad lighting, scratches on the walls, very gloomy atmosphere. Pillows in overall decent bed are very bad quality. It is 30-40 years old everything, almost falling apart. Heating is very bad. Ancient radiators, not all of them working, no real thermostate with heating controlled centrally. Cold in the morning and in late evening. Reported to staff, nothing can be done. You enter apartment without any corridor, just directly from outside. Connected with tiles as a floor, it's impossible to keep apartment clean. Kitchen is very bad, no heating (broken radiator), falling apart cabinets, no dishwasher, no coffee machine, very dark. It’s obvious, but this place requires either complete rebuild or simply redoing kitchen, upgrading furniture. Until then - stay away. It is really underwhelming.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room/bed, but a little outdated. Good buffet breakfast, with no vegetables but there were fruits. Restaurants in walking distance. Parking just outside the hotel. Nice place in the mountains.

The amazing location. Easy to reach the ski lift area. Good equipped kitchen in the room, so easy breakfast could be self-made.

Breakfast rate for kids could be cheaper than for adults. The strange regime of the heaters in the room, definately cannot not be influenced with the contol box on the wall, lived its own life.

Pleasant

Overall, I rate this hotel quite highly. It's nice and cosy, it's in a very good location, it has convenient parking. The staff are very nice, you can see that they try very hard to maintain a high standard of service/cleanliness. I enjoyed the coffee served with breakfast. The room and toilet were generally cleaned properly, but it didn't eliminate insects.

No balcony in the room (the booking details show a balcony with a view). Particularly unacceptable was the huge number of ants in the room. I think they had a nest there (room 31). Despite the ant traps set up in the corners of the room, there were a very high number of insects. My stay was spoilt mainly by ants walking on the bed and also on our bodies (it woke us up at night !!!).

Pick this hotel!

Amazing hotel. I loved the position, very close to the ski resort and to the skating ring. Mountain view. Breakfast amazing, and staff super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and they for invested on toiletries. All the essentials needed are provided. In addition the hotel has a very nice chill room where you can read and enjoy the silence. Or play the piano if you like.

Avrei gradito la presenza di personale alla reception nelle diverse ore della giornata, spesso chiusa, nonostante un numero per le emergenze. L acqua della doccia poco calda . Rumori mattinieri troppo presto prima delle 7 dei lavori domestici, disturbano il riposo
