A lovely room that was very nicely decorated and clean. Great view and well located.

Wifi is advertised but did not work. Yet, 20m down the road, I easily connected to the wifi at another establishment. The staff were dismissive about the issue; I think the problem is that I was an international visitor. Maybe it only works for national telephone company connections? A working wifi connection is essential especially if advertised.

The Air Conditioner, despite being off, made a flat noise. Not a big problem, we just informed the lady, as service info.

Fabulous stay in a lovely resort

Location perfect for town centre and beach but the train station was in the middle of nowhere.Continental breakfast limited but tasty

There was no water in the city - of course there was no water in the hotel, between 7 PM and 9 PM in the evening and between 9 AM and 11 AM in the morning.

bed was VERY FIRM … noisy music from the pub downstairs .. however stopped at midnight.. .

Location is close to the beach. Downstairs there is a good pizzeria.

Rooms are smaller then advertised. Many stairs to reach the room. Not family friendly arrangement within the room. The toilet opens directly to the bedroom and only separated with a fogged glass door but still everything is visible. Breakfast was low on selection.

what do you expect from a hotel room? a good bed and an silence. the bed was hard and the room was not acoustically insulated.

Francesca is an excellent host. Ready to help with a every little issues. The public parking is avilable nearby - despite the high season we were lucky to find the space.

The location is on the busy street, so you have street (and also the see view) be prepared for the traffic noice.

Francesca was one of the best hosts! Breakfast was amazing I love the town; very italian

Beds were a bit hard (as in most places in Italy) In summer it can be difficult to get a bed on the beach if you have not reserved it before

Great breakfast and perfect location

Francesca was amazing, she preoared a delicious breakfast every morning with freshly baked Focaccia etc. and went out of her way to help us with any questions or problems. Oh and the coffee was delicious!! The location is perfect with sea view and the best pizzeria in diano marina downstairs (make sure to book your table in advance!) The balcony with sea view is a must :) Will come back as soons as possible, thanks for everything.

Very good

a very entertaining and caring host Francesca serves simple but plentiful and tasty breakfast with fresh coffee and gives tips. Location right on the marina and short walking distance from the shopping/tourist center/restos. Rooms are clean and new.

not easy to find parking (it was season and many people want to park in the quarter)
