A very pleasant stay at Gites Bergues Centre; everything was perfect.

Very nice space with all amenities. Our host welcomed us to the Gite and provided information on the beautiful and interesting town.

Lovely flat, great location, friendly host.

The location was lovely, well positioned near to the shops but also to the remparts and walks. Very quiet and peaceful in this beautiful, well-cared for little town with some super independent shops. Parking was fine. The shower was good. Robin was very helpful and informative.

As is often the case, there was not enough surfaces to put stuff on in the bathroom/bedroom. In the end I brought a little side table through. Some bigger mugs would have been good too! Also, I don't know how you get around this but the whole flat did smell slightly of stale smoke (I think a previous occupant - maybe who lived there before it was done up) must have smoked.

A great appartment for a stop over, close to amazing bakery and lovely places to eat!

Really helpful hosts who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Location was close to great bakery and also some fantastic restaurants. There was a fair going on during our stay just outside the property - but it shut early and there was no noise problems - and the children were thrilled with the rides!

Excellent location for this accommodation, few minute by walk from several excellent restaurants, the city center and Bergues' main sightseeings. The size of the appartment fit well for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. Super friendly owners. this accomodation is pet friendly, Just let the owner know and bring you own cushion/blanket for your 4-legs buddy (the sofa is in fabric so extra care needed).

The host was very communicative and flexible. The place was cool and in a good location. Very nice bathroom, towels were fine. Kitchen was amazingly well-equipped.

I always forget to bring a washcloth to Europe. American problem. Stairs might be difficult for some people.

Low key gem in North, coastal France

Good place for laid back family escape. Easy drive to Dunkirk and other beaches but get to stay in a much nicer little town and community. Town had very high quality fish and cheese shops and nice bakeries too (it is France after all). The Monday market was great fun and hiking around the fortification was perfect for dog and some physical activity. Fun little horseracing pub around the corner and amazing gastro-bistro (Cornette d'Or) for apps and wine across the street which is a must. Lots of other nice looking places nearby but need to make reservations. Had the necessities in the kitchen and a crib. Free parking on street directly outside was prime too. Plus a free bottle of nice local beer! Def would like to come back in warmer weather for some beach action.

The only tiny two things that could be improved were the pillows were mostly decorative (and no pillowcase provided for the more regular one in closet). And the "oven" thing really you wouldn't use for baking, but just make fish or steak on the pan!

En couple, nous avons séjourné 3 nuits pour profiter des festivités du carnaval de Dunkerque. Accueil super sympa des propriétaires. Merci pour votre gentillesse. Appartement "Campagne" au 1er étage très propre et bien équipé. Bonne literie Volets roulants électriques à toutes les fenêtres. Logement situé au centre ville de Bergues donc proximité de tous les commerces offrant des produits de qualité.

Très bien situé dans cette ville de Bergues très agréable et architecturalement riche . Bien équipé

Emplacement idéal , juste a côté des remparts , d'un joli canal et de la Westhoek Brewery . Tout peut se faire a pied , pas de difficultés pour se garer . Equipement très complet pour cuisiner , dépliants touristiques a disposition

Chauffage salle de bains a revoir . Avec 3 appartements locatifs superposés , nécessité d'avoir la chance de se trouver avec des voisins respectueux

Der Vermieter war pünktlich zur besprochenen Schlüsselübergabe anwesend und hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Dazu hat er sich viel Zeit genommen für Informationen über Bergues und Umgebung. Wir fühlten uns sofort herzlich willkomen. Grosszügige Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts Wir würden diese empfehlenswerte Unterkunft Jederzeit wieder aufsuchen.

Absolute super plek om te logeren!

Cosy, dicht bij alles, properheid en vriendelijkheid / hulp van eigenaars.

Enige - heel klein detail! - dat ik miste was het ontbreken van een houten kooklepel als ik zelf iets kookte. Ik had schrik krassen te veroorzaken op de Tefal laag in potten en pannen want kon enkel een metslen lepel gebruiken om te roeren bij het koken.

Très bon emplacement pour visite de Bergues et plages voisines, parking OK aux alentours, commerces aux alentours. Très bien. Les 2 étages se montent très facilement. N'hésitez pas, si la troupe des baladins du Groenberg donnent un spectacle, c'était très bien pour la soirée.
