The host Marco was most helpful and facilitated our arrival ahead of time because of the excessive heat. He also offered to drive us part of our route in the morning so that we would not have to leave at 5.30 am. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Accommodation was excellent with all that we required.

Spacious apartment fully equipped with good air conditioning
It is a pity that we went without water for hours; that happens often in Italy. I slept on the sofa because the large mattress wobbled quite a bit. Furthermore, access to the grounds by car is very narrow by our standards. The stairs to the 3rd floor are easy to navigate. We did not enjoy the Italian biscuit breakfast without bread and cheese.
