Perfect stay with a lovely host.

Sandra was a very nice host. We stayed here for only 1 night, unfortunately! Everything you could need is in the family room, even a washing machine. She served the breakfast outside, which was perfect. It is a quiet neighbourhood but still close to Varese and the lake.

We loved the location. Very quiet neigbourhood. We stayed in a yellow room shown in photos. It consists of one room with full open kitchen and a dining area, and sitting area, as well as beds. There was plenty on beds for our family of 4. Kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment has a private bathroom. I recall one particular review where a lack on toiletries was mentioned. There was a hand soap in that bathroom. There are also plenty of towels for the guests. The breakfast was beautifully served and generous. There is a small terrace outside villa where one can sit and enjoy the view.

Since it is also a host's home, we were a bit confused what rooms and areas in the house we were allowed to enter. We didn't get any clear information on that. The rented room felt like a dormitory, but it was okey for one night. We were unable to watch tv, as there were no instructions for navigating between two remote controllers.

Spacious room with extra bed and kitchen

Villa Campo dei Fiori offers a very spacious room including a kitchen, so basically it's more like a studio. It was clean, with a very spacious bathroom as well. Private parking for free, behind the fence, is an added bonus. The breakfast was good, and the host Sandra did her best to offer a vegan breakfast - very friendly.

The check-in was a bit rushed; we got the impression that we were interrupting the host Sandra with something and therefore she seemed a bit stressed. The same more or less happened at breakfast. Don't get me wrong - Sandra is a very friendly host but the energy (everything was done very fast, chaotic and stressed) did not make us feel very welcome. I think if Sandra takes her time to greet her guests and makes them feel at home this would help a lot!

You are very much in a home but also have your own (very spacious!) room with a lovely private bathroom. lovely hostess who gave us a good suggestion for a local restaurant (ended up choosing another whilst we stayed but did take her up on it 2 days later when passing back through the area- amazing food!) made us an amazing breakfast spread and really made us feel welcome. very clean!

Italian taste and convenience

The stay at Villa Campo dei Fiori was very successful. Kindest Owner, comfortable, tastefully decorated rooms, very good breakfast with delicious coffee, silence and surrounding greenery are the main attributes of this place. I highly recommend staying at this property.

A really great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Campo de Fiori. We were looking to spend a few quiet and peaceful days, and we got what we wanted. Sandra made us a very good breakfast every day, the room was actually an apartment, which was spacious and very clean (the room was made every day!). Varese is a central location if you wish to visit Lago di Como, Lagi di Ora, Lago Maggiore... above all, Sandra is very kind and does everything she can to make your stay enjoyable. We would go back there any time.

Tutto perfetto per potersi sentire a proprio agio: struttura pulita, accogliente e calda al punto giusto. la stanza aveva il bagno riservato ma non all'interno, in ogni caso era subito adiacente così da non creare difficoltà. L'affaccio della camera era diretto sul giardino e, per noi che viaggiamo con un cane, questo è molto importante. Colazione eccellente con prodotti freschi e di diverso tipo (forse per una colazione salata occorre avvisare). La signora Sandra è proprio molto molto gentile.

proprio a voler mettere i puntini sulle i direi che per me il letto era troppo soffice, cosa che invece a mio marito è piaciuta molto. Poichè viene chiesto un piccolo contributo per il cane, fornirei una ciotola d'acqua (ma noi viaggiamo attrezzati per cui non è stata necessaria) anche se sono sicura che se l'avessimo richiesta ci sarebbe stata prontamente fornita.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet, es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Tolles großes, bestens ausgestattetes Bad und sehr bequemes Bett. Wir durften dort mit unserer Hündin unterkommen. Sandra war sehr nett und hat uns mit einem tollen Frühstück versorgt. Das Haus hat die Atmosphäre einer kleinen Familien-Villa. Wir waren dort zur Zwischenübernachtung auf unserer Reise in die Toskana.

La posizione in altura ha reso la temperatura della stanza accessibile nonostante non ci fosse l’aria condizionata. La gentilezza della proprietaria nel darci anche tutte le info per il Soggiorno è stata molto gradita.

Le persiane non regolabili che ci hanno costretto a tenere la porta finestra, di notte, completamente spalancata sul Giardino. La zona è tranquilla e per chi abita lì è tutto normale, ma noi siamo rimasti un pochino in tensione, venendo da città dove la criminalità è molto elevata. E comunque abbiamo assaporato un po’ di serenità..

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auch eine kleine Terasse mit Blick ins Grüne war vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ihre Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe waren prima. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
