Its location. The room was very nice.
The mattress was a little too soft for us.

Lovely old pub in a pretty village Very convenient for walking the Leeds-Liverpool canal
Room quite small We ate in the pub - the food was good but the first night we waited well over an hour for it without explanation or apology. One of the male staff was rather brusque
