Comfortable and great location

I liked the location as it was close to the town centre and it had free parking outside, so for people using it as a stop off it’s a great place to stay

Excellent staff, OK property

The staff were all exceptional, across shifts: genuinely helpful, and motivated. The company should give them all a big bonus, because they make up for the shortcomings of the building (which is a refurbished historic property next to the old foundry works). There's ample parking in front, which felt secure.

Having seen two rooms on the top floor, they are tight on space. Bathrooms are a squeeze as well. They fail the "I'll do my morning stretches by the bed" test.

It was a bed and a sleep

Strong smell of damp or drains quite off putting staff were very good would I go back honestly no I try to stop in various towns on the way back to the uk so I can see and experience more of France . . And I will try ani town next time

it was noisy .couldn’t sleep all night. staff itself were making a lot of noises. room was very hot .

We have stayed here pre Covid this was the first time since. The hotel is a little tired and voild do with a spruce up. The is limited free parking at the front of the Hotel albeit accessvwas difficult due to a fete. It is in the centre of the town near a canal.

Handy for an overnight stop before or after crossing the channel.

good value for money, but service not in line with what i expect from IBIS group

breakfast was very good value for money, very friendly staff, nice offer

ordering soup and cheese plate, took about 40 minutes to be prepared when i returned to my room for the second night, room had not been made, not cleaned, towels not replaced

Super séjour ! Mais trop court !

J’ai jamais vu un accueil aussi gentil et bienveillant. Très à l’écoute et attentionné ! Ils ont fait en sorte que je puisse prendre mon petit déjeuner plus tôt donc encore merci ! La chambre était nickel et les petites attentions étaient adorables. Le lit était super confortable, dommage que je n’ai pas pu rester plus longtemps ! Merci encore à toute l’équipe.

Peut-être l’insonorisation mais c’était très léger.

Un bon séjour une chambre très correct avec un très bon accueil

Un personnel très agréable très bon accueil. La chambre est propre les lits sont confortables. La salle de bains a été rénovée. Cadre extérieur agreable

La connexion wifi sur les téléphones est compliquée (pas sur les pc). La deco de la chambre est un peu vieillote
