Very good breakfast, good dinner

It's crazy that this hotel with 4 stars has not the air conditioning and has not provide fans or something like for this abnormal hot temperature. It was impossible to remain in the room and in the common places, the air was suffocated and unbreathable.

Central location

Big nicely equipped room, I especially like the hairdryer, even though I have,t used it. Good shower products, full-size mirror, nice bad Coffee machine in the room

I found pieces of toilet paper all over my bathroom and some hair in the sink, it was too late for me to disturb the reception, it was easier to flash them myself and go to sleep The breakfast was supposed to be at 7 am, I was downstairs at 7:05 hoping to have my hot coffee and some food before the long day. NOONE was here, not at the reception or the kitchen or the bar. just NOONE, no food either. When the lady finally showed up it was 7:12 am, I asked for a coffee, and she brought a kettle of coffee but never had she brought a cup for it... Food started to be available by 7:20... I took some peanut butter just to find a piece of sharp glass inside, hopefully, I didn't cut my mouth... through all this time NO excuses. not a simple sorry. nothing. When we decided to leave, there was no one at the reception (not surprised this time), the bill wasn't ready though I asked for it in the evening. The receptionist was angry and unpleasant when I asked her to modify the bill since I need it to be on one name for the fees at work. I paid for 2 breakfasts, which we haven't eaten because of lack of time and a glass piece in peanut butter. Probably the worst and the most expensive coffee I had so far... (13,50€ x 2) I am travelling every week, but I am not returning to this hotel :(

Really newly furnished hotel including room , friendly staff , beer , wine on the bar , good breakfast and cofee .

Good size rooms, good location.

Was an issue to get rooms next to each other, required phone calls to boss Rooms were not cleaned properly. Only one towel in each room. When I asked for more I was given two very damp towels. Also not much loo roll left and ran out quickly. Restaurant offered one vegetarian option but did not explain there was runny egg which I can't wait

Food was lovely apart from dessert The staff is neither really friendly nor rude they are just there Bedroom is very expensive for what it is No air con in the attic suite which gets very hot Breakfast is massively disappointing for the price

Be careful: La Terrasse has been sold in late 2020. This is NOT Emile Haniques great cuisine anymore. Food is awful as is the rest of the location. The butter we got in the restaurant had been used before, staff doesn't even look at you. Doesn't know what you ordered despite taking notes of the order. Everything takes forever. In the room everything is very dirty, hair in the bathroom in several places. One of the windows falls out if you try to open it, the other can be opened from the outside. Just look at the images. What a mess.

the sauna in our bedroom worked great and the suite was large.

Breakfast was ok just lack of attention to details such as jug of milk on tables, cups & saucer instead of bowls...location right in town centre

Some of the staff could be more welcoming

The staff were welcoming and tried their best, the location is central with paid parking opposite the entrance to the hotel.

The room given bore no relation to what was published on the site Booking.com site; the 'so called' superior double was small, cheaply decorated with taped repairs. The quality more like a 1 or 2 star hotel with a resturant trying its best serve gastronic food, but stuck somewhere in the 1960s - over cooked vegetables, over priced wine and without the care or resource to train staff to serve - especially cheese! If you have to stay here make sure you visit the room first, pay no attention to the slideshow photos and, if you can, find somewhere else to eat!

Le calme de l'hôtel.

L'hôtel ne correspond pas du tout à 4 étoiles nous avons trouvé des tâches et des cheveux sur les draps! Trace de rouille sur le porte serviette dans la salle de bain, le robinet de la baignoire n'était pas du tout fixé, le robinet du lavabo était rempli de calcaire bref j'en passe très déçus! Tâche aussi sur les rideaux l'hôtel devrait se faire inspecter car je trouve ça honteux de proposer se genre d'établissement sur le site booking! 120€ pour ça je compare les prestations à un hôtel F1 et non un 4 étoiles.

Quand on rentre dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles, on ressent tout de suite que l'on rentre dans un établissement "vieillot", sans éclat. Notre chambre numéro 9 qui se situe au deuxième étage sans ascenseur est aussi terne, petite. La montée des bagages est une véritable épreuve. Losque l'interrupteur général de la chambre est allumé la télé se met en route. Il est 20h30, nous rejoignons notre chambre après 1 dîner en ville. Gros problème, la télécommande présente dans la chambre ne pilote pas la télé, pas moyen de changer de chaînes, monter ou baisser le son ou même d'arrêter la télé. Je me rends avec la télécommande à l'accueil 2 étages plus bas et signale le problème à la personne de la réception. Elle "bricole" la télécommande me la rend et me dit : ça devrait marcher. Et si ça ne marche pas, j'appelle la responsable. Je remonte les 2 étages, teste la télécommande , ça ne marche pas, j'en informe la réception. Plus tard JE POSE LA QUESTION à la réception sur ce qu'a répondu la responsable : "on verra ça demain". MAUVAISE RÉPONSE INDIGNE D'UN 4 ÉTOILES. Autres constats indignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles : propreté de la douche, coupelles du robinet de douche pas fixées, pas de sèche cheveux, 1 seul drap de bain pour 2, impossible d'utiliser la brosse des toilettes qui est en 2 morceaux, la porte de la salle de bains ne ferme pas, mauvais état de l'appui de fenêtre de la chambre. Je n'ai pas aimé la literie trop "molle". Pour le petit déjeuner qui coûte 17 € par personne, vous vous attendez à un petit déjeuner gargantuesque. Et NON, c'est le même petit déjeuner standard que nous avons l'habitude de trouver à 10/12 € dans d'autres hôtels. Pour fréquenter fréquemment les hôtels, cet établissement la Terrasse ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, les hôtels Formule 1 sur le bord de l'autoroute sont mieux.

Petit déjeuner correcte

Lit double avec deux matelas tenue pas un cordage qui ne tenais pas en place Pas de housse de protection entre le matelas et le drap. un simple drap posé sur un matelas. Peut être qu'un protége matelas et un drap housse aurait peut être pu tenir les deux matelas... Matelas avec des taches Pas de surmatelas Mise à disposition de deux capsules à café Deux sachet de thé Pas de grande tasse pour te faire un thé .donc pourquoi mettre du thé ! Inversement de la robinetterie de la baignoire Au chaude sur le point froid et au froide point chaud ... trouver l'erreur Un gel douche 2 en 1 posé comme ça sur la baignoire Même si on prend une chambre pour une nuit en chambre standard Un petit savon pour les mains et un petit gel douche et un shampooing aurait pu faire l'affaire pour un hôtel 4 étoiles

La déco était géniale, le lit hyper confortable, et le personnel hyper serviable

Réservation pour deux jours. Un peu déçu des équipements. Il faudrait vérifier avant de mettre en location les chambres.
