Superb location, easy excess to Whitby Sandsend and great view from the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was maintained to high standard well equipped and clean. Parking was easy. The breakfast menu was good. Would recommend.

The room was very good, spacious and comfortable.
There was no lift and downstairs toilet facilities.
