The Willows Boutique Stays by i-Stay Whitby

The room was spotless, comfortable, it was a great location and the bathroom was roomy and the shower was lovely. The fridge in the room was an appreciated addition and the hot drinks/ supplied milk and oat milk was perfect.

Gorgeous rooms , in a great location , comfy beds , nice views and within easy walking distance of food places , harbour , and shops. Peaceful nights sleep . Opposite the park and best sleep I have had for a while . Would book again ( if they provide more mill and bottled water for making brews with 🤗

There was no way to get more milk tea or coffee as no staff in building and housekeeping don’t go in untill you leave so I had to buy my own milk . For the cost id expect refills to be available to guests somewhere . I also found it difficult to fill the kettle from the sink and needed to buy water . So for the amount being charged all rooms would ideally have bottled water and refills available for duration of stay . Everything else was brilliant and i loved staying .

Clean and lovely room, perfect location

Good location, comfortable bed, quick replies from staff online

Check in at 4pm checkout at 10am. Property charges anyone who books via booking.com to arrive an hour earlier, most places would be decent enough to let you in if the room is free. There’s no one on the property so communication is all done over text. Quick replies from them but hard to fully communicate what we needed. For example there was a coffee machine in the room but no pods for it, so we asked for some. We were sent to a room downstairs to find them, but there were only instant coffee sachets so coffee machine was unusable. Could hear snoring from the room next door too.
