The breakfast was lovely, served freshly cooked, nothing to much trouble, Val very friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and tidy, bed really comfortable , stayed a few times, Will definitely be going again 😊

The breakfast was great - it had a range of choices on the menu and it was freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is very central to Pickering's various pubs and restaurants, only a few minutes walk.
Our room was a little cramped, mainly because there was a large four-poster frame around the bed. This frame had no function and just got in the way when walking in and out of the bathroom and across the room. It made the room seem smaller than it was. The shower cubicle was cramped too and the water power could have been stronger. However these things wouldn't stop me staying again.
