Great time

The agent would not release the key code numbers.... i was parked outside the property... they said they needed my i.d even though they had my wife i.d Eventually they agreed. Once i was in the property and had wifi i submitted my i.d...... was very annoyed on arrival

Finding the code for key safe was a problem, was told it would be sent to me at 3.00pm, but had to contact office for them to set up a chat account on text messaging, then I had to open link, not what you need when entering property.

The location was good we could even see the sea from the bedroom window. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs loo.

The small outdoor area seemed very grubby and could do with some TLC. The main bathroom could have been cleaner.

We paid the agents up front they asked for a £50 deposit for any breakages and refuse to refund it back we will now file a case to the financial Ombudsman and booking.com as this is totally unacceptable

Great location with everything you could need. Parking nearby is only a few minutes walk. Quiet overnight.

Heating / water system is noisy so can disturb during night / early hours. Pub nearby can be noisy at closing time.

Nice place but very inconvenient security deposit payment which caused stress.

Great location, nice apartment very close to the sea and all town centre. The bedrooms are nicely decorated, though there was a lot of bird mess on the windows.

There was a large 'security' deposit and I was charged more than was advertised. I received a lot of whatsapp messages from the host who threatened to cancel my booking at the last minute if I did not pay.

Location was brilliant and close to all amenities. House great and very well and thoughtfully equipped with everything - internet Tv with sky prime and Netflix - USB ports also.

Everything great and clean but too much conditioner on towels and bed linen - so much conditioner on towels that it was difficult to get dry after a shower! ( Hope this is taken as constructive ) Also thought it was unusual to be asked to strip our own beds on departure.

Superb property and fantastic location

What a wonderful place to stay, perfect location, close to the beach and all the amenities. Very comfortable and homely feel about the house, excellent sea views from two of the bedrooms. Everything and more that you would need in the kitchen, great extras such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone and we will be back. Thank you

Great location as it was within walking distance to the beach with lots around such as a Tesco which was handy for essentials. There were also quite a few pubs and restaurants. We ordered a takeaway from the Indian over the road and the food was excellent. The property was clean and very cosy, it looked much better than the photos and was a home from home with everything we needed during our stay.

There was no parking outside the property, except for an hour for loading which was helpful, however there was limited spaces and it got quite busy there. There was however overnight parking a short walk away and as we stayed in winter months it was free to park, however it is £9 per night in high season.
