Everything! Location was absolutely perfect, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, but a 10 minute walk (if that) right into the middle of the action! Free parking is a huge bonus and although it’s always very busy we had no trouble finding a space within the permitted zone. Breakfast was delicious, I’d especially recommend the Eggs Rosslyn - lovely choice of fruit juice, fruit salad, cereal and natural yoghurt and your choice of cooked breakfast and toast, tea, coffee and a selection of tea bags. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming, always ready to offer suggestions on things to do, places to go and answer any questions we had. We had room 2 which was lovely and clean, everything you could want and Victoria sponge cake on our arrival which was very much appreciated!

Excellent breakfast. Helpful and friendly proprietors. Included parking permit a huge plus and we were very lucky to find a space literally by the front door. Very good location for town, seafront and all attractions.

Minor drawback was the size of the bathroom but not much can be done about that.

Exceptionally high standard overall. Very friendly, obliging owners who couldn't do enough for us.
