Spacious room, very comfortable, very clean, great shower. Good fresh breakfast. Very good evening meal in the bar. We were invited to join the quiz night which was good fun.

Great little stay close to Ripon
The location close to Ripon town centre just a 5 minute walk away, helpful friendly staff with good decor throughout the place. Our room was large that had all the little extras to make your stay comfortable, comfy beds with large bathroom & quality shower. Fabulous breakfast
