The Ripon Inn - The Inn Collection Group

Exceptionally clean. Great location.

Nothing, everything was great.

We prefer to stay just outside of a town when we are traveling with our dog. We were able to exercise our pet in their sizable garden behind the hotel. Convenient location -- the town center is less than a 10-minute walk away and has a few restaurants that also accept dogs. The bed was very comfortable (hubby and I both have back problems, so that's important for us!). The bathroom was decent sized, and the breakfast included plenty of both cooked and fresh options, including 2 types of eggs, bacon, sausages and black pudding. Another bonus was that I could invite a friend who lives in Ripon to join us for breakfast -- just £15.

Quite a lot of fire doors, but I suppose that's not up to the hotel to decide on that!

Great staff , breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and it was clean. Good for a budget price and would stay again. Pillows were a bit hard.

Parking was very tight, if you have a really large vehicle you may struggle.

The evening food is where it finishes

Car parking could be managed much better, plenty of spaces per room numbers, however this hotel seems to prioritise walk ins over residents, finished up having to leave the car on a public road some distance from the hotel, Staff had a ‘well that’s how it is’ attitude which didn’t help.
