Location was good
A little old & tired, no hot food on that weekend

The location was excellent, room facilities good , Staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was very good
we were up on the third floor and the rooms was a little old and tired, windows old and difficult to open.

Great location just down the pedestrian street from the cathedral and some excellent restaurants. Wonderfully quiet. (Unfortunately, the hotel's own restaurant was closed for kitchen refurbishment when we were there.) Comfortable rooms. Wonderful staff - shoutout to Zak and Cathy!
Our first room was a bit small (had to change because the ventilator broke). Breakfast was just OK - perhaps there's a full-English option when the kitchen's available? Corporate management seems to have imposed a very noisy, and totally unnecessary, chill cabinet.

Very warm and friendly welcome. Kitchen closed that night. Recommended tapas bar opposite.
These are not criticisms, just better ifs... I couldn't get the sash window to stay open. Very dim room lights apart from bedside lamps. No light over the desk, so not good for work.
