Nice and central; thoroughly delightful and friendly welcome; comfortable room; off street, reserved parking; great facilities in the room (and wonderful biscuits). The restaurant was obviously popular, and with good reason, it was superb. We had to leave early - too early for breakfast - and unasked for, the hotel made a packed breakfast the night before we left - a very delicious breakfast too.
We couldn't close the window, so there was quite a lot of noise coming in.

Everything was great. The room was clean and they even left a spare sheet as the weather so very hot. Plenty of parking spaces directly outside. Great location. Breakfast amazing and staff very friendly

The room was exceptional and the staff super friendly and helpful
The breakfast was a tad odd - trying to turn an English breakfast into an Italian one doesn’t really work - prosciutto instead of bacon etc and shock horror the coffee was not good

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Room was really clean and comfortable and full of thoughtful details to make the stay feel really comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had anywhere.
