Great value for money

Great value for money. Good location, on the south end of Heidelberg. Near to a shopping centre, a fast charging station for e-cars and with free parking. Metal shutters for the windows so no unwanted sunlight peeps in early.

Limited opening hours for reception, but the safe outside dispensing the keys does the trick. Room was rather warm, which the fan couldn't really help with.

Room was correct … nothing luxurious but comfortable bed , clean, all was good .

The hotel is very small… so there is no coffee or any other service. A Coffee machine would be a good idea

A good budget hotel in a peaceful neighbourhood

The peaceful location, wonderfully clean room and awesome beds.

No WiFi signal in my room, probably owing to some recent repair work, as per the care-taker Kept hearing some weird windy noise in the room and a weird clicking sound occasionally at night, heating was quite intermittent Instead of the hotel's name, I got billed in the name of "Dina Dentamed Waren - Heidelberg" on my card, which was quite puzzling for me and had to make sure with my bank this wasn't some spam / hacker.

I arrived after the reception had closed, but a quick phone call to the number displayed on the reception door gave access to my key from the automated key collection machine. Well equipped, large room with kettle, tea & coffee, and beer and water in the mini fridge. Close to a few decent cafes and restaurants, as well as a large supermarket. Easy to find, and safe parking right outside my room.

Very happy with the facilities and service. Owner very friendly, would stay there again.

The room was a good size and nicely furnished and the beds very comfortable. An added bonus was the small fridge in the room. Location excellent, very close to supermarket and public transport. Free parking outside.

Didn’t like the smell of smoke in the lobby, which we could also smell in the room sometimes. Also, my husband could smell a mix of smoke and air freshener, which he found unpleasant

Great budget stay.

This hotel was absolutely fine for my needs, as I was just passing through the area. It would not necessarily be ideal for those who wish to stay in Heidelberg (to visit the city center), however it could work should you know your facts ahead of time. This is a budget accommodation. For the price, the room was perfect. The room was very clean (a PLUS!) and serviceable. The location was quiet. I slept well. Communication with staff on site was good. I arrived late (they graciously can accommodate late check-in) and departed first thing in the morning. Would recommend.

Funktionale, günstige Unterkunft im Industrie-Gebiet in relativ lauter Lage mit älterer Ausstattung.

Sauber und preiswert. Zugang via Schlüsselkasten mit Code.

Spedition gegenüber mit entsprechendem Lärmpegel früh morgens. Ausstattung bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Halterung für einen Fenster-Rollladen kaputt und ließ sich nicht öffnen.

Vooral de.comunicatie was erg slecht geen mens te zien of te bereiken ! De hele dag op een antwoord moeten wachten na.bellen en berichtje sturen er staat van 8:00 tot 16:00 iemand aanwezig nou niet dus
