Its affordable and can be better

The room sizes vary; some are very spacious, while others are more compact. Most rooms feature a balcony, which is a nice touch. Having a kitchen in the unit is very useful, the staff are excellent, and the pricing is quite fair.

The beds are smaller than expected (Queen size rather than King), and the mattress is too soft, providing little support for those with back pain. Additionally, the kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher and was missing some basic cutlery. Lastly, the walls are quite thin, meaning you can easily hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

Comfortable aparthotel

Clean and comfortable, spacious rooms. Free parking nearby. Good location, easy to get into Heidelberg or visit other places. Staff was attentive and helpful, we didn't have a sofa on our room so they moved us to another room when we pointed it out.

We couldn't have subtitles or change the language on the television. A few more cooking implements would be useful.

Very nice overall for the price.

The size of the rooms, the clean and good smelling towels, facial tissues, price of the room.

We would have loved to have an ice tray. The window did not close properly and made a periodic beeping sound which we eventually resolved. The desk was not staffed at night.

Stressful start, brilliant stay.

We arrived late, our key code didn't work! Rang the number, only to get an answer phone, contacted Booking.com and finally got a ring back, the man was very helpful, and spoke good English, gave us the correct code. From there on it was a great stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. A big balcony. Kitchen with needed supplies (except for oven). Shopping center nearby. Parking on the street.

Extremely squeaky sofa-bed. Utensils needed to be washed before using (had food stains).

Peefect place.

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. In the kitchen there was everything needed even a Nespresso coffee machine. The receptionist was kind and helpful. There is a tram station nearby (about 10 min) which we used every day. The hotel hasn’t his own parking, and you can park your car on the street parking places against the hotel free of charge, like we did.

Easy stay near the highways for a decent sleep and shower.

Nice room with sofa to relax. Clean appartment with enough light to feel fine! Shower was fine as well and so was the bed. The hotel is located in an industrial area, not too far away from the highways, with enough free parking places. It is not noisy so I slept very well. If you are looking for a romantic stay, this will not be your hotel. It is made for ongoing travelers who just need a good rest, comfortable sleep and a parking space.

The bed was just next to the window and I could’t find the reason why in such a big room someone would put a bed next to the window with -13 degree outside. Another unpleasant experience was the shower: one door was broken, but still usable. The water pressure was really poor and it was switching temperature from cold to boiling in 10 second. Shampoo and body lotions weren’t enough. For the rest everything was cool. We mostly appreciated the kitchen, the tv and the couch.

Not worth the price

Design is modern, a kitchen is convinient.Wifi code is in the room.

I ordered a room with sofa and perhaps because I arrive at 18:00 and full booking, I was assigned a room that is close to the stair and only with a small window. I talked with the reception to check if I should have another room, he agreed to change on the next day. I didn't change because my schedule was so tight, but I hope they do better next time. Soundproof is basically nothing. Location is not good for holiday
