Holiday Apartment Patacona Beach

La ubicación del apartamento estaba bien.

El mantenimiento del apartamento dormitorio principal tenía humedades el cuarto de baño falta de luz y un poquito deteriorado. Y las sillas que estaban en el balcón había tres que estaban para tirarlas. Se ha resumiendo que carecia de un buen mantenimiento para ser un cuatro estrellas.

La localización

No había materiales de limpieza (estropajo, Fairy,trapos,aceite sal...)

Appartement spacieux, avec une grande terrasse. L'endroit dispose d' un restaurant, une piscine, même si celle-ci n'était pas encore en fonction, terrain de padel. J'ai pu profiter du gazon et du restaurant à un bon prix. C'était un endroit calme et bien vert et aéré, très proche de la plage.

la literie n'est pas terrible, matelas et oreiller, dans la salle de bain, il manque de vrai crochet pour pendre les serviettes de bains. 2 petites capsules de café pour dépanner et une petite bouteille d'eau serait un plus !

It was very close to a beach. Restaurant on site with decent offerings. Property staff was communicative while we were there and accommodated our requests for extra pillows, tennis rackets and putt-putt equipment, a working coffee maker, and a wine bottle opener. Loved the balcony and view! The complimentary dish soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, and shampoo/body wash were nice to have. I received detailed check-in info on how to retrieve keys after hours and this helped get into our unit. Thank you!

Hallway leading to apartment is dark unless you figure out where the light switch is before the elevator door shuts and you’re in the pitch black. How come hallway lights aren’t motion activated? It frequently smelled like cigarettes in the hallway and in our apartment. As if neighbors were constantly smoking in their house and the odor would linger. Burners on stove were rusty and questionable. One outlet in kitchen made it a pain to operate toaster, tea kettle, microwave, and coffee maker. We had to constantly unplug, move around, and plug in appliances. A welcome folder would be helpful with restaurant hours, menu, directions about amenity use, pool info, equipment questions, etc… we didn’t know there wouldn’t be any equipment to use with all the amenities or that the pool would be closed during our stay. Free parking was difficult to find in the front and sides of the property because people park there and walk across the street to the beach. Just a few suggestions: have beach chairs for guests to use and put oven mitts in kitchen to handle hot oven items. The larger bed/mattress (in master bedroom) felt like we were falling/rolling off of it because the mattress was worn and it had rounded edges. I didn’t receive any check-out information and I’m hoping we did everything correctly.
